About the Role
• Serve as primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners. • Travel to client associations for board meetings, inspections, walk‑throughs, and community events per management agreements. • Prepare and bulk‑mail annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statements within statutory timeframes. • Review monthly financial reports and deliver management summaries to the Board. • Recommend major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation.

What You Bring
Associa is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager (CAM) for Bluffton, SC. The CAM will work closely with clients, vendors, and other Associa departments, requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Experience in community management, customer service, hospitality, or related fields. • Strong business correspondence skills (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling). • Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution abilities. • Ability to work effectively with others in person and in group settings. • Strong prioritization, time‑management, and deadline‑meeting skills. • Professional communication via phone, email, and in‑person.
