Job Highlights
About the Role
The role typically follows standard business hours but may require shift work, on‑call duties, and occasional travel between properties. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lb, climbing, and wearing PPE as needed, with regular use of standard office equipment and mobile devices for reporting and CMMS updates. • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing systems. • Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment, boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and steam/water distribution lines. • Conduct facility inspections, report conditions, and ensure satisfactory client occupancy. • Respond to emergencies and provide on‑call support, including light travel as needed. • Manage inventory and stock of parts and supplies. • Recommend and implement improvements to preventive maintenance programs. • Compile and submit monthly building operation reports to management. • Identify safety hazards, use appropriate PPE, and comply with codes and company directives. • Maintain required federal, state, and local licenses and certifications. • Complete annual C&W safety training and adhere to uniform dress code.

What You Bring
