About the Role

The Management Program Technician I role supports financial, procurement, and contract management activities for contracts tied to the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Charleston USCG Integrated Product Team. This full‑time position is based onsite at the Chugach office in Charleston, South Carolina, with no travel required. • Maintain data input and reconciliation of financial artifacts, including trackers, forecasts, and statistics. • Procure quotes, track purchase orders, and ensure procurements comply with FAR, PRH, and corporate policy. • Generate financial reports (EOM, CDRLS, Labor Metrics) and prepare focus briefs for NIWC program tasking. • Maintain active source‑of‑supply listings for government and non‑governmental supplies/services. • Assist the financial lead with consolidating, tracking, reporting, and monitoring funding obligations and expenditures, validating cost codes, and responding to data calls.
