About the Role
In this role you will efficiently perform all necessary maintenance tasks for the apartment community while supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing the overall maintenance programs. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical duties. • Assist the Service Manager with various community tasks. • Complete service requests accurately and promptly. • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs. • Respond to emergency service calls per company policy. • Assist with resident functions and events. • Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.

What You Bring
• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience. • Hold an A/C Certification Type II or Universal. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, self‑start attitude, and teamwork.
