About the Role

The Facilities Executive – Technical Integrated Facilities Management role supports Corporate Solutions in a specific region or country. You will keep the company informed on operating and utilities costs, monitor invoices for technical services, and ensure contractor maintenance practices align with manufacturer recommendations and preventive standards. Additionally, you will supervise the repair and upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electricity, lighting, and related equipment while performing routine inspections, inventory, and documentation. Strong leadership is essential to maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will oversee electricians, coordinate work scopes across internal teams, and act as the primary point of contact for vendors providing maintenance services. The role also requires generating daily and weekly summary reports that capture maintenance activity performance. • Monitor technical service invoices and ensure cost efficiency • Oversee contractor maintenance practices to meet manufacturer and preventive standards • Manage repair and upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and related equipment • Conduct routine inspections, inventory, and documentation of building systems • Lead electricians and coordinate work scopes across internal teams and vendors • Serve as primary vendor liaison for all maintenance services • Produce daily and weekly maintenance activity summary reports • Apply EHS principles to resolve operational issues • Work on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana, with a 48‑hour weekly schedule

What You Bring
