Part Time Security Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a Part‑time Security Associate to join the team at DRI Orbit One Villas, where you will ensure the safety and security of resort owners, guests, and team members. The role involves protecting people and property while delivering outstanding service. • Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire, safety hazards, or threats to life/property. • Patrol interior and perimeter to identify safety and security risks. • Manage communications and alarm systems; coordinate maintenance of life‑safety equipment. • Conduct periodic and random inspections to protect property from theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents. • Maintain inspection reports, advise management of deficiencies, and follow up on corrective actions. • Investigate security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities; prepare detailed reports with witness statements. • Provide guest/owner service: answer inquiries, give directions, deliver packages, and resolve problems. • Support management requests and assist co‑workers as a team player. • Patrol the property for 8‑9 hours per shift. • Deliver friendly, professional service to guests at all times. • Work flexible shifts throughout the week.

What You Bring
