About the Role
The analyst will build and operate a FinOps service offering, act as the product owner for stakeholder-facing capabilities such as dashboards, reporting, and automation workflows, and maintain a self‑service portal for easy discovery and request handling. They will evolve the operating model with backlog prioritization, roadmap development, KPIs, and continuous improvement, while leading a FinOps Champion Network and driving governance practices like show‑back adoption and cost‑ownership rituals. Key responsibilities include delivering advanced analytics and dashboards using Apptio Cloudability, Apptio BI, and Turbonomic, defining reporting standards, identifying optimization opportunities, and productizing them into repeatable, automated motions. What You Bring
Minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, five or more years as a Business Systems Analyst, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, hands‑on dashboard development experience, and working knowledge of multi‑cloud billing. Preferred qualifications include FinOps Certified Practitioner and cloud foundational certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals. • Own stakeholder-facing FinOps product features such as dashboards, reports, documentation, and automation workflows • Minimum: 5+ years as Business Systems Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills • Hands‑on experience building dashboards in Apptio or comparable tools • Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP billing and pricing constructs • Preferred: FinOps Certified Practitioner or related cloud certifications
