You will help provide the highest level of quality service to our customers and communities while maintaining our commitment to safety. The Construction Supervisor supports all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, overseeing both aerial and underground work. The role involves developing team skills, leading by example, driving deadlines, delivering quality projects, providing excellent customer service, directing in‑house and subcontractor crews, and using software tools for tracking progress and back‑office functions. • Support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects (aerial and underground). • Develop team skill set and knowledge of telecom construction. • Lead by example and uphold company‑wide safety culture. • Drive team to meet deadlines and deliver quality projects. • Provide high level of customer service when interfacing with customers. • Direct multiple in‑house and subcontractor crews and their job site activities. • Utilize software (Microsoft Office, Oracle, etc.) to track daily progress and manage billing.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, solves complex problems, and thrives in hands‑on teamwork. You have leadership experience in telecom construction (coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading), can coach and mentor, are proficient with Microsoft Office and can learn custom software, and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Experience in telecom, CATV, BAU or FTTH projects and relevant MOS codes is required. • Proven safety record with high‑quality work completion. • Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to work hands‑on with the team. • Experienced leader supporting day‑to‑day needs of a construction crew. • Knowledge of telecom construction (coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading). • Ability to coach and mentor team members. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn custom software. • Experience in telecom, CATV, BAU, or FTTH projects. • Valid driver’s license with clean record for past 3 years. • Relevant MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591).
