About the Role
You will be responsible for owning the design engineering throughout the tendering process for subsea flexible pipe systems, from early concept evaluation through to a full tender proposal. This includes performing detailed assessments, facilitating input from other disciplines and ensuring the technical solution meets customer specifications. The position works closely with commercial and sales teams, providing technical expertise and acting as a company representative on proposals. You will also monitor market trends and customer economic value to help shape strategy and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and product cost‑outs. • Develop pipe system designs to customer specifications using sound engineering practice. • Own the technical solution in the tendering process and support risk mitigation. • Provide technical support from early concept through full tender proposal. • Perform engineering calculations with company software and design guidelines. • Coordinate engineering input from other departments and sub‑suppliers. • Communicate technical proposals to internal and external stakeholders. • Supply technical expertise to commercial and sales teams. • Monitor market and customer economics to inform strategy. • Contribute to process, tool, product development and cost‑out initiatives.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science or Mathematics, and demonstrates strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
