About the Role
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies. • Conduct complete pre‑shift and post‑shift safety inspections each day. • Estimate truck load weights visually or by grade and maintain aggregate stockpiles. • Load customer trucks safely and accurately.

What You Bring
We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic who can safely operate heavy equipment. Candidates who demonstrate reliability and a commitment to safety are highly valued. Employment is contingent upon a post‑offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check, and some roles require ongoing FMCSA‑regulated testing. Work is performed around moving mechanical equipment and in variable weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • High school diploma or GED (preferred). • Minimum two years of heavy‑equipment operating experience. • Experience in open‑pit mining or aggregate production (preferred). • MSHA training or certification (preferred).
