About the Role
Day‑to‑day you will oversee DLM performance, act as the primary escalation point for issues, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and OEM/logistics partners to ensure device availability, accurate records, and consistent processes. Your work will maintain uptime, secure data, and streamline order‑to‑deployment cycles, enabling engineering, field, and commercial teams to focus on grid reliability and innovation. You will lead a regional squad of controllers and support specialists, driving continuous‑improvement initiatives in partnership with the DLM Center of Excellence and other regions. You will communicate status, risks, and opportunities to senior leaders and align regional strategies with global objectives. • Oversee regional DLM performance across forecasting, fulfillment, procurement, portfolio management, and IT asset management. • Monitor service levels, identify issues, and implement corrective actions promptly. • Serve as the primary escalation point and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain relationships with OEMs and logistics partners to meet regional priorities. • Represent the region in global DLM forums and provide regular status updates to the Global DLM Service Owner. • Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and contribute to global DLM enhancements. • Manage and develop a regional squad of controllers and support specialists. • Ensure compliance with applicable external regulations and internal procedures. • Apply data‑analysis to track trends, assess information, and report progress.

What You Bring
Candidates must have U.S. work authorization and proven customer‑engagement skills to build relationships across teams and vendors. Required competencies include strong verbal and written communication, a data‑mindset for trend analysis, experience in DLM or IT asset management (preferred), people‑management capability, troubleshooting, and change‑management expertise. • Demonstrate strong customer‑engagement and relationship‑building skills across teams and vendors. • Communicate complex updates clearly to leadership and varied audiences. • Preferable experience in DLM or related IT asset management and proven people‑management ability.
