What You Bring
Today we seek a Maintenance Technician for our Lakefield Mews property, 395 apartment homes in Richmond, VA who will be responsible for the upkeep of the property through the repair and maintenance of buildings and support equipment. The qualified applicant must have experience diagnosing and repairing residential/commercial HVAC systems. Applicants who lack this hands‑on experience will not be considered for this position. • EPA Certified – required certification for handling refrigerants • HVAC expertise – experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including heat pumps • General maintenance skills – plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and more • Problem‑solving mindset – proactive and initiative‑taking • Technology savvy – proficient with MS Office 365 and personal mobile device • Excellent communicator – proficient in written and verbal English; bilingual a plus • Career development – Interplay Learning and in‑house HVAC 608 Certification
