About the Role
In this role you will lead daily site construction efforts, ensuring crews meet production targets while strictly following MasTec’s health, safety, and environmental policies and industry standards such as OSHA, TIA‑10‑48, NATE CTS, and ANSI. You will oversee operations, maintain documentation, coordinate with customer representatives, and provide hands‑on training and mentorship to the crew. • Lead daily site construction to meet production goals. • Enforce MasTec health, safety, and environmental policies. • Apply industry standards (OSHA, TIA‑10‑48, NATE CTS, ANSI). • Oversee site operations and ensure quality workmanship. • Maintain required daily paperwork and validate timesheets. • Compile and upload site closeout documentation to customer portals. • Coordinate with customer representatives and sustain strong relationships. • Train, mentor, and guide crew members on proper procedures. • Keep equipment and vehicles in operational condition.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of telecommunications construction experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a strong safety mindset. Required capabilities include reading technical plans, holding relevant certifications, possessing a valid driver’s license, and being physically able to climb towers, lift 50 lb, and work extended hours. • Minimum 5 years experience in telecommunications construction. • High school diploma or GED required. • Demonstrated track record of high‑quality work and problem solving. • Possess safety‑related certifications (First Aid, CPR, etc.). • Valid driver’s license meeting company policy criteria. • Ability to read site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW. • Physical ability to climb towers, lift 50 lb, and work up to 12 hours. • Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills. • Capability to lead, teach, and enforce safety procedures. • WSA certification is a plus.
