About the Role

The Sales Engineer role focuses on driving sales by leveraging technical expertise and strong customer relationship management. The incumbent must understand customer needs, propose suitable technical solutions, and generate revenue growth through effective product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations. • Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions/markets. • Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners. • Assess client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions. • Deliver technical presentations, product demos and articulate value propositions. • Collaborate with design, projects, service and marketing teams to meet customer needs. • Prepare proposals, quotations and technical‑commercial offers. • Participate in tenders, technical discussions and contract negotiations. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional revenue goals. • Capture market feedback to aid product improvement and new development. • Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, leads and opportunities. • Interpret drawings, specifications and tender documents accurately.
