About the Role

The role involves comprehensive project management, including budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, cost control, and close‑out for projects ranging from $5 million to $20 million. The incumbent will also provide leadership by mentoring staff, communicating effectively, and fostering teamwork, while driving business development through client interaction, presentations, and relationship building with owners, architects, and developers. • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding client needs • Estimate, value engineer, and develop project budgets • Facilitate and track subcontractor bid process using software tools • Negotiate subcontractor and material buyouts; prepare subcontracts • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project execution • Manage on‑site activities, quality, safety, and conflict resolution • Control project costs through continuous labor, material, and equipment analysis • Perform project closeout and documentation • Lead single $5‑$20 million projects or multiple smaller jobs simultaneously • Present project proposals professionally to owners during bidding • Collaborate with superintendents and foremen for smooth execution • Provide leadership, mentorship, and clear communication to team members • Build and maintain client relationships to generate new business opportunities • Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and secure new contracts • Participate in industry organizations and develop leads for future work

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) and bring at least nine years of experience, preferably in warehouse, healthcare, K‑12, or higher‑education construction. Strong written and verbal communication, collaborative leadership, self‑motivation, and attention to detail are essential.
