About the Role

• Perform stress analysis using CAESAR II and review calculation notes before issuing pipe isometrics. • Provide SME support to the Chennai piping team and mentor stress engineers. • Execute FEA for complex components (ANSYS or equivalent). • Maintain and verify the Critical Line List according to project stress procedures. • Support vibration and transportation analysis; design piping for flow‑induced vibration. • Coordinate with piping, mechanical, civil, and process teams; attend client meetings and technical reviews. • Develop and maintain project work practices, procedures, and job notes; ensure compliance with KBR WAY standards.

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of industry standards (ASME B31.3, API, BS, etc.) and TOTAL GS specifications. • Experience on large EPC and brownfield projects. • Working knowledge of FEA analysis (ANSYS) and transportation/vibration analysis of piping systems. • Ability to develop and implement project procedures; forward‑thinking mindset. • Good communication and knowledge‑sharing skills; willingness to work in a multi‑centre environment. • Mechanical Engineering degree. • Chartered Engineer status (desirable). • Unlimited right to work in the UK.
