About the Role
• Conduct door‑to‑door engagement with residents, businesses, and property owners. • Explain the project, answer queries, and build community trust. • Collect accurate information using digital or paper forms. • Perform site observations to support data gathering. • Record, organise, and submit data per project requirements. • Identify and escalate issues, concerns, or risks raised by residents. • Maintain a professional, approachable presence on site. • Report progress and access challenges to the project team. • Follow health, safety, and safeguarding protocols while field‑working.
