About the Role

The manager will lead and supervise assigned staff, oversee scope, schedule, quality, and budget, and develop work plans and man‑hour budgets. Responsibilities include monitoring timelines and costs, preparing advanced engineering designs, ensuring quality control, coordinating proposals, conducting team meetings, negotiating scope changes, reviewing cost reports, and collaborating with billing. Additionally, the manager will mentor junior staff and uphold health and safety standards. • Lead and supervise assigned staff, managing scope, schedule, quality, and budget. • Develop work plans and man‑hour budgets for departmental approval. • Monitor project timelines and capital costs to meet client expectations. • Prepare advanced engineering designs and technical data ensuring accuracy. • Implement quality control/quality assurance processes on all projects. • Coordinate proposals and provide marketing and business development support. • Conduct team meetings, negotiate scope changes, and ensure compliance with profit‑control procedures. • Review monthly man‑hour and cost reports to track project performance. • Collaborate with Billing Department to authorize invoices and follow up on payments. • Mentor junior staff in technical and business practices. • Maintain adherence to health, safety, and SOP standards.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a related field, have at least ten years of relevant experience, and possess professional licensure (driver’s license preferred).
