What You Bring

The Team Lead, Software Engineering position is based in Richmond, VA, with a hybrid schedule that requires on‑site work from Monday through Thursday and offers the option to work remotely on Friday. • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Bring 5+ years of web development experience and 3+ years building large distributed, API‑driven systems. • Demonstrate strong OOP knowledge, design‑pattern expertise, and proficiency in JavaScript, C#, SQL Server, and AWS. • (Preferred) Possess commercial real‑estate knowledge, experience with MongoDB or ElasticSearch, and Docker/container orchestration.
