About the Role
You will be responsible for caretaking and cleaning across the neighbourhood estates, reporting repairs, and removing bulky waste from communal areas. As a visible representative of Clarion, you will need to engage positively with residents and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of the sites while traveling between locations throughout Rugby. • Perform caretaking and cleaning duties across Rugby estates. • Report repairs and remove bulky waste from communal areas.

What You Bring
Applicants must have prior experience in caretaking and cleaning, hold a full valid manual UK driving licence, and be able to drive company vehicles as required. The role also requires a basic criminal record check, eligibility to work in the UK, and residence in England or Wales for the contract duration; visa sponsorship is not available. • Represent Clarion positively while interacting with residents. • Travel to multiple sites; hold a full manual UK driving licence. • Pass a basic criminal record check. • Be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the contract.

Benefits
The Community Caretaker role is based in Rugby on Nelson Way, offering a salary of £26,403‑£29,027 per annum for a 36‑hour week with flexible options.
