About the Role

You will be responsible for caretaking and cleaning across the neighbourhood estates, reporting repairs, and removing bulky waste from communal areas. As a visible representative of Clarion, you will need to engage positively with residents and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of the sites while traveling between locations throughout Rugby. • Perform caretaking and cleaning duties across Rugby estates. • Report repairs and remove bulky waste from communal areas.

What You Bring
