Housekeeping Inspector

About the Role

In this role you will maintain cleanliness and quality control in guest units and public areas while delivering outstanding customer service. You will conduct inspections, clean as needed, report issues, replace inventory, and ensure departmental assets are secure. • Inspect guest units and public common areas to ensure resort quality standards. • Clean assigned units and public areas. • Report quality issues, maintenance problems, and suspicious activity to management or security. • Perform written inspections and replace missing inventory items. • Secure department assets and assist with linen and supply inventory. • Participate in 401(k) with company match and employee stock purchase program.

What You Bring

Successful candidates need at least one year of housekeeping experience, strong multitasking abilities, and clear oral and written communication. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. • Demonstrate at least 1 year of housekeeping experience. • Multitask effectively and communicate clearly with team members and guests. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
