Conduct boundary surveys, manage staff, and deliver accurate geospatial data.

About the Role
• Compile record data and analyze boundary surveys to determine accurate property line locations. • Perform quality‑control reviews of reports, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and other contract documents. • Compute layouts for subdivisions, roads, lots, buildings, and utilities. • Assist staff in preparing reports, findings, plans, and other contract documentation. • Organize and coordinate field and office staff on complex design and field tasks. • Develop project and task work plans and provide direction to achieve objectives. • Monitor work efforts of assigned staff, sub‑consultants, and contractors; may supervise survey technicians.

What You Bring
• Hold an associate degree or equivalent technical experience; 5+ years of related experience required. • LSIT or PLS certification preferred; advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and MicroStation. • Skilled in various data acquisition techniques, coding systems, surveying instruments, and angular/linear measurement computations. • Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record; proficient in English communication.

The position offers an hourly rate between $32.64 and $44.27, dependent on experience and qualifications.
