About the Role
In this role you will have a real impact by delivering outstanding service, paying close attention to detail, and managing multiple priorities with a positive outlook. • Serve as primary contact for residents and visitors, delivering friendly, empathetic service. • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues as needed. • Conduct community tours for walk‑ins and scheduled prospects. • Assist with move‑ins and move‑outs to ensure seamless experiences. • Inspect units before move‑in to verify quality standards. • Perform property walks to identify maintenance or curb‑appeal issues. • Help plan and execute resident events. • Enforce safety standards and community policies. • Maintain accurate resident records. • Prepare community reports. • Perform assigned day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
