About the Role
• Operate haul trucks to transport shot rock from the pit to the crusher. • Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑shift inspections with proper documentation. • Perform equipment servicing and maintenance as directed. • Operate equipment with high competency, skill, and proficiency. • Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA/environmental regulations. • Collaborate in a team environment and assist coworkers or supervisors as needed. • Work overtime and extended hours when required. • Provide valid I‑9 documentation. • Maintain a clean motor vehicle record and a valid driver’s license. • Commit to safe work practices. • Perform general labor and clean‑up duties on the ground and in the plant.

What You Bring
The company is seeking an Off‑Road Haul Truck Driver for the Whites Creek Quarry in Nashville, TN. This full‑time, day‑shift position offers starting wages of $23.00 per hour. The successful candidate will operate rigid‑frame and/or articulated haul trucks to move shot rock from the pit to the crusher while maintaining an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. • Communicate effectively as required by the role. • Work outdoors in all weather conditions and tolerate loud noise. • Experience operating rigid‑frame and/or articulated haul trucks (preferred). • Pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
