About the Role

Field Brand Ambassadors engage potential customers through in‑person outreach at retail locations and local events, introducing our remodeling services and special offers. They generate interest and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations without a sales requirement, representing one of the industry’s highest‑rated brands. The role serves as a stepping stone toward a management or advanced sales career. • Conduct direct, in‑person outreach to potential customers in retail venues and event spaces • Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly conversations • Generate interest and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations (no selling required) • Represent a top‑rated brand and use the role as a pathway to management or advanced sales

What You Bring

No prior experience is required; we provide training for motivated individuals who are passionate about career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies. Candidates must be available for afternoon and weekend shifts (11 am‑7 pm, Wednesday‑Sunday), be naturally outgoing, well‑spoken and able to stand, walk and work outdoors for 6‑8+ hours daily. Physical duties include standing, walking, stooping, bending and reaching during promotional activities, as well as working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Benefits

We offer a base hourly wage plus uncapped performance bonuses, with average first‑year earnings of $50‑70K and top reps exceeding $80K.
