About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Transformation Office, the Data Analyst will enable data‑driven decision‑making by analyzing data and applying AI and machine learning techniques. The role translates complex datasets into actionable insights that guide strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and enhance customer engagement. Collaboration with sales leadership, product owners, and technical leads is essential to ensure data is leveraged for measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include preparing data for AI/ML models, developing features and anomaly detection algorithms, and performing exploratory data analysis on sales‑related information. The analyst will validate model outputs, document data definitions and queries, and contribute to agile sprint planning as part of the data workstream. Additionally, the role involves creating automated reporting systems, real‑time dashboards, and simple visualizations to communicate trends. • Source, clean, and profile structured and unstructured data for AI/ML models. • Engineer features and develop anomaly detection algorithms for predictive analytics. • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and gaps in sales data. • Validate model outputs against historical benchmarks and test results. • Document data queries, dictionaries, and analysis outcomes in Confluence. • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies as part of the data workstream. • Build automated reports and real‑time dashboards to visualize insights. • Create simple visualizations to communicate trends to stakeholders.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics, and have 2‑5 years of experience in data analysis and machine learning. Required technical skills include proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or Scikit‑learn, and exposure to cloud platforms. Strong problem‑solving, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential, while experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or energy‑sector sales projects is considered a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in data analysis and machine learning. • Proficiency in Python, R, Java, Julia or similar languages. • Experience with TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn, or PyTorch frameworks. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, Databricks, AWS, or GCP. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑orientation skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication for non‑technical audiences. • Preferred: experience with Power BI or Tableau, Salesforce CRM, and energy‑sector sales transformation projects.
