About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. What You Bring
Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to spend up to 50 % of the time walking or standing in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. The role also involves routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.
