About the Role
The role involves maintaining project documents, preparing daily reports, verifying approved materials, conducting labor compliance interviews, and coordinating sub‑consultants for surveying and material testing, while contributing to safety and quality control practices. • Inspect work for compliance with contract specifications across irrigation, landscaping, signage, mechanical equipment, and site development. • Maintain project documentation, perform quantity calculations, and prepare daily diaries and reports. • Verify incorporation of approved materials and collect compliance documents such as Certificates of Compliance, MSDS, and inspection tags. • Conduct labor compliance interviews and keep as‑built plans up to date. • Identify potential conflicts, issues, or problems and propose solutions to supervisors. • Coordinate sub‑consultants for surveying and material testing activities. • Participate in developing and reporting on job safety practices and quality control procedures. • Report installed quantities to support payment applications and change order work. • Respond to emergency call‑backs on site and administer welder qualification tests when required. • Ensure adherence to client and industry standards, managing multiple project requirements effectively.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil, Landscape, Irrigation or a related engineering field, have at least seven years of construction supervision experience in landscape and irrigation works, possess strong oral and written communication skills, and be located in the UAE. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil, Landscape, Irrigation or related engineering field. • Possess at least 7 years of construction supervision experience in landscape and irrigation projects. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and be based in the UAE. • Read and interpret plans and specifications, applying thorough knowledge of construction processes for landscape and irrigation.
