About the Role
As an entry‑level engineer you will support our engineering teams on inspiring, demanding, and collaborative designs. You will learn from senior staff, share responsibility for innovative solutions, and help ensure client satisfaction. • Create basic designs under senior engineer direction • Learn drawing organization and company standards • Perform CAD/BIM drafting for various project sizes • Coordinate designs with other trades under senior guidance • Support design and engineering for new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades • Assist engineers with field investigations and site visits • Participate in EDT program training sessions and support activities • Attend Engineering Development Program continuing education seminars

We currently have an entry‑level opportunity for a Mechanical Engineering Graduate. The ideal candidate enjoys a team environment, can work independently when needed, and is eager to learn. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating Winter 2025–Summer 2026), internship experience, and proficiency with MEP AutoCAD or Revit are preferred, as are FE or EIT certifications. • Own completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work assignments • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating Winter 2025–Summer 2026) • Previous engineering internship (a plus) • Knowledge of latest MEP AutoCAD; Revit experience a plus • Proficient with design/calculation software and MS Office Suite • FE or EIT certification preferred
