About the Role

In this position you will be the on‑site expert, leading installation and maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safe, compliant installations for customers. You will guide junior field engineers, provide technical advice to customers and third‑party colleagues, and analyze system data to resolve complex well‑site problems. • Manage projects to completion and communicate updates to internal and external customers. • Provide instruction and supervision to junior field engineers on day‑to‑day wellsite work. • Deliver technical guidance and advice to customers and third‑party wellsite colleagues. • Analyze and interpret system information and data to resolve complex wellsite problems. • Verify work to ensure successful customer delivery and sign‑off of agreed objectives. • Apply a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues.

What You Bring

The role requires a High School Diploma and 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and hands‑on knowledge of directional drilling.
