About the Role
The Delivery Lead – CM Projects role sits within JLL Project Development Services and is responsible for overseeing multiple design‑and‑build fit‑out project portfolios. This senior leadership position requires extensive experience managing complex fit‑out projects, leading high‑performing teams and establishing best‑practice delivery processes across diverse client segments. • Lead delivery operations for multiple concurrent fit‑out projects, ensuring quality, timeline and budget compliance. • Develop and execute portfolio delivery strategies to optimize resources, reduce risk and boost client satisfaction. • Establish and continuously improve operational frameworks, processes and best practices for CM fit‑out delivery. • Monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Mentor and develop project management teams, coordinating resource allocation across projects. • Maintain strategic client relationships, drive retention and identify growth opportunities. • Coordinate complex stakeholder ecosystems, resolving conflicts and aligning delivery objectives. • Implement quality management systems and risk mitigation strategies across all projects. • Support business development by contributing to proposals, presentations and new‑business initiatives.

What You Bring

We encourage candidates to apply even if they do not meet every requirement, as we value diverse backgrounds and perspectives. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field. • Minimum 18 years’ experience in fit‑out project management with multiple large‑scale projects. • Proven track record leading delivery teams and establishing operational procedures and performance metrics. • Deep expertise in fit‑out construction, interior design, MEP integration and building codes. • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with senior‑level stakeholders. • Demonstrated CRM acumen, client retention success and experience with CRM tools. • Preferred: PMP/PRINCE2 certification, MBA or advanced construction management degree. • Preferred: experience with international clients, sustainable construction and consulting environments.
