About the Role
You will generate interest in the community by touring prospects, answering questions about amenities, the local area, and the property’s grounds, and highlighting the lifestyle of apartment living. You will qualify prospects by collecting information and initiating background checks, ensure apartments are move‑in ready, and coordinate the necessary paperwork for rentals. Delivering unmatched resident service to exceed expectations and maintain retention is a key responsibility, as is meeting leasing goals for occupancy and rent growth. Effective communication, basic Windows computer skills, strong organization, and professionalism are required, along with the ability to follow company policies and work as a team player. • Qualify applicants by gathering information and initiating background checks. • Prepare apartments for move‑in and coordinate rental paperwork. • Provide exceptional resident service to boost retention. • Meet leasing goals for occupancy and rent growth. • Maintain effective communication and strong customer service. • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and navigating stairs.

What You Bring
The position operates in a professional office environment using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, with occasional travel between properties and up to 5% external travel. Physical demands include standing, walking, and navigating stairs for extended periods, while also spending about 85% of time seated or standing at a workstation. • Demonstrate basic Windows computer skills and organizational ability. • Hold a high school diploma or GED; 1+ year related experience preferred. • Work in a professional office setting, using standard equipment and occasional travel up to 5%.
