About the Role
In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end recruiting process, source and screen candidates through multiple channels, maintain active pipelines, coordinate interviews and guide hiring decisions, while ensuring a professional candidate experience and accurate ATS data. You will also support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed. • Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for high‑volume field positions • Collaborate with hiring managers and regional leaders on hiring priorities • Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate hiring decisions • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a high‑volume environment, strong communication and relationship‑building skills, excellent organization, and comfort in a fast‑paced results‑driven setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby a plus) and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
