About the Role

The assembler position at Hubbell involves assembling components and sub‑assemblies in a manufacturing environment, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. • Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures. • Assemble product according to drawings, Bills of Materials, and Work Instructions. • Perform quality inspection, audit, and testing. • Read, interpret, and follow mechanical assembly drawings. • Calibrate tools/finished goods and maintain documentation. • Pack products and complete shipping paperwork. • Inspect and repair returned merchandise (RMA). • Maintain line efficiency according to operating standards. • Assemble components without causing quality defects or rejects. • Observe and practice all safety rules, including safe operation of air/electric tools. • Report quality, process, equipment, or material problems to Group Lead or Production Supervisor. • Provide hands‑on job training to coworkers as needed. • Keep work area clean and organized to support manufacturing and 5S principles. • Cross‑train in other areas when required. • Use hand tools and operate machines when required. • Collaborate effectively on a production line. • Maintain focus on repetitive tasks.

What You Bring
