What You Bring
The Associate Broker role in Portland, OR, is a team‑based position that interacts with owners, C‑suite executives, and high‑level corporate real‑estate decision makers. Reporting to senior team leaders, you will be involved in all aspects of evaluation, negotiation, and strategy development, and you will attend JLL University, a 13‑week training and networking program. Successful candidates will have 0–4 years of commercial real‑estate or business‑to‑business sales experience, a track record of business‑development success, and the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information. A state real‑estate license (obtainable within 30–60 days) and a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or real estate are preferred.
