About the Role
• Assist with daily maintenance tasks, including service requests and property make‑ready. • Respond promptly to maintenance issues. • Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as required. • Conduct general carpentry work such as wallboard, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, glass, door/lock, and tile repairs. • Verify work order accuracy and ensure completion to company standards and tenant satisfaction. • Complete maintenance requests within 24 hours and notify the property manager and resident of any delays. • Communicate promptly with the property manager about all maintenance matters. • Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum five years of property management or related experience. • Broad knowledge of maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, general upkeep). • Experience with renovation, rehabilitation, or minor construction. • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English. • Comfortable using office equipment (phone, computer, printer, copier). • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Strong organization, time‑management, and multitasking abilities. • Basic math skills. • Ability to handle and defuse difficult or angry situations. • Valid clean driver’s license.
