Job Highlights
About the Role
The role develops delegated architectural design elements to the concept stage, ensuring compliance with business, legal, and project requirements. It builds technical capability, broadens understanding of design and construction processes, and offers exposure to related disciplines while actively engaging in the graduate development programme and supporting project needs such as security clearances. • Conduct inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and standards. • Verify materials against approved material inspection requests (MIRs). • Process non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and site observation reports (SORs). • Manage snagging and de‑snagging activities to maintain project quality standards. • Update knowledge of UAE building codes, architectural guidelines, and authority requirements (ADM, DMT, Estidama, etc.). • Coordinate architectural works with structural and MEP disciplines during execution. • Identify and report deviations from approved drawings and specifications. • Manage inspection schedules and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation.
