About the Role
What You’ll Do: Greet and engage Bass Pro Shops customers, deliver compelling presentations on vacation ownership, establish trust by identifying travel interests, meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, provide concierge‑style service with local attraction recommendations and discounted packages, and participate in training to stay informed on our offerings. • Promote vacation ownership to Bass Pro Shops customers • Deliver presentations and recommend local attractions • Meet individual and team sales targets

What You Bring
Our Vacation Sales Ambassadors must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus), bilingual preferred but not required, successful completion of a criminal background check, at least one year of sales experience preferred, strong communication skills, comfort using a computer, and a positive demeanor with willingness to learn. Candidates may come from finance, real estate, luxury goods, hospitality and other industries. • High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred • Bilingual ability preferred; background check required • 1+ year sales experience preferred; strong communication skills • Comfortable using a computer for daily tasks
