About the Role

As a Lead Project Management Specialist – Project Planning you will act as the Lead Product Planner for a large subsea project, accountable for schedule quality and on-time delivery. The role reports to the Materials Manager and serves as the project manager’s right-hand, providing critical visibility and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires close collaboration with other planners, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing functions to ensure the schedule reflects the true scope of supply. You will also interact with customers to convey schedule updates, challenges, and opportunities while adhering to approved processes and driving new integrated-planning initiatives. • Own overall project schedule management, ensuring logical, clear, and accurate timelines. • Collaborate with product line and engineering planners and execution functions to maintain schedule quality. • Support the project manager by creating look‑ahead plans, identifying schedule risks and opportunities, and providing decision‑making reports. • Communicate schedule updates and status to customers, highlighting challenges and opportunities. • Follow approved processes and champion new initiatives for integrated planning.

What You Bring

We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience), solid planning experience in oil & gas, subsea, or large-scale mechanical manufacturing, and strong expertise in Primavera P6. Knowledge of Oracle MRP is a plus, as is the ability to quickly identify risks and opportunities and execute appropriate actions. High energy, motivation, leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field. • Proven planning experience in oil & gas/subsea or large‑scale mechanical/manufacturing environments. • Proficiency with Primavera P6; Oracle MRP knowledge is a plus. • Strong ability to assess project status, risks, and opportunities and drive corrective actions. • High energy, motivation, leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills.
