What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced carpenter who also possesses skills in other trades to join our team and deliver first‑class service to properties across Rainham, Barking, Dagenham and surrounding areas. The Multi‑Trade Operative will carry out a broad range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, using both specialist and secondary trade skills, and must complete the work efficiently and within required deadlines. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided), pass a basic criminal record check, be eligible to work in the UK, and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment; the role does not provide visa sponsorship. • Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided). • Pass Basic Criminal Record Check. • Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales for employment duration. • Experience as a carpenter with additional trade skills.

Benefits
Salary ranges from £36,000 to £41,000, with eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance, as well as a van, tools, a company bonus scheme, and regular overtime. The role is based in Rainham, Barking, Dagenham, works 40 hours per week, and is permanent.
