About the Role
The role is the front‑line of customer service, managing the busiest office location—the front desk. You will welcome visitors, guide them and staff, handle all inbound and outbound calls, and continually look for ways to improve the reception area, including the display of magazines and newspapers. Daily duties include maintaining telephone registers, call‑tracking logs and client contact databases, performing general administrative and help‑desk tasks, contributing to monthly management reports, and ensuring compliance with company regulations and safety procedures. Additional responsibilities involve developing reception policies, assisting with conference‑room scheduling, supporting events and floral arrangements, and taking part in emergency evacuation drills. • Greet visitors warmly and manage front‑desk operations. • Answer and route incoming and outgoing calls professionally. • Maintain and update reception magazines, newspapers, and display materials. • Keep telephone registers, call tracking logs, and client contact databases current. • Perform general administrative and help‑desk tasks throughout the day. • Contribute to monthly client management reports and ensure compliance with regulations. • Participate in emergency evacuation procedures and develop reception policies. • Coordinate conference rooms, events, and floral arrangements as needed.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree, has one to five years of front‑desk or reception experience, and possesses a track record of continuous‑improvement initiatives and client reporting. Strong computer literacy, knowledge of occupational safety requirements, and the ability to manage multiple systems are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑service mindset are required to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels, while strong multitasking abilities help balance competing priorities. • Hold a graduate degree and 1‑5 years of front‑desk or reception experience. • Demonstrate strong customer‑service skills, multitasking ability, and computer literacy.
