About the Role
The role is for a motivated Structural Engineer to join the Sydney‑based Buildings team, contributing to the planning, design and delivery of major local and interstate infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include working within multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with construction partners and external stakeholders, preparing technically robust proposals and reports, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. • Design and analyse building structures using industry‑standard software. • Produce detailed design calculations and documentation for concrete and steel framed projects. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, construction partners and external stakeholders. • Prepare clear technical proposals, reports and project documentation. • Mentor and provide technical oversight to junior engineers.

What You Bring
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor of Structural Engineering, be capable of designing building structures and preparing calculations using industry‑standard software, and have practical experience with concrete and steel framed buildings. Applicants should be on the pathway to CPEng registration, possess polished communication skills, and be able to obtain a Defence security clearance. • Hold a Bachelor of Structural Engineering and be on track for CPEng registration. • Demonstrated experience in concrete and steel building design. • Strong communication skills and ability to obtain Defence security clearance.
