What You Bring
Based in Larne, the position operates 24/7 on 12‑hour shifts (08:00‑20:00 or 20:00‑08:00). Candidates must be physically fit, capable of driving and performing shackling tasks, attend company medicals, and cooperate with health and safety requirements. The ideal candidate holds a Class 1 LGV licence, while a PCV bus licence is desirable. • Working knowledge of Safety in Docks Regulations • Understanding of dock working and operating procedures • Tug master driving skills to H.G.V. standard and ability to drive other vehicle types • Shackling skills • Self‑motivated and able to work under pressure • Ability to follow orders and instructions • Literate and numerate • Flexible attitude and calm under pressure • Physically fit • Ability to drive and carry out shackling tasks • Attendance at company medicals
