About the Role
In this position you will support the delivery of environmental projects that protect habitats, water quality and cultural resources, while helping clients meet their environmental responsibilities. • Conduct field investigations, remediation works and validation sampling for contaminated land projects across the Northern Territory. • Perform water‑quality monitoring and hydrological assessments as part of site investigations. • Manage environmental project performance, tracking scope, schedule and budget. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, client‑focused outcomes. • Engage with clients, regulators and stakeholders to support project delivery and business development. • (Desirable) Lead end‑to‑end environmental projects, coordinating budgets and timelines.

What You Bring
The highly regarded Environmental team in Darwin supports Defence, government, mining and energy projects, providing advisory and technical services that ensure regulatory compliance, manage impacts and reduce risk. The role offers hands‑on experience in environmental impact assessments, contaminated land remediation, hydrology, biodiversity surveys and environmental management planning. We are looking for candidates with a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field, a valid Australian driver’s licence and Australian citizenship. Experience or strong interest in ground remediation, soil and groundwater assessment, as well as the ability to work independently and balance competing priorities, is essential. Strong written and verbal communication, a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude are also required; end‑to‑end project‑management experience is desirable.
