About the Role

• Develop and execute a detailed business plan to grow revenue from existing accounts and new prospects. • Conduct cold calls, consultative selling, and group presentations to sell Land.com solutions. • Provide high‑quality customer service, including client visits, training, and onboarding to drive retention. • Manage the sales pipeline, track activity metrics, and produce monthly sales forecasts. • Maintain a strong record of outstanding customer service and relationship management. • Utilize virtual and in‑person mental‑health counseling services. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with employer matching and an employee stock purchase plan.

What You Bring

The Field Sales Associate role is home‑based but requires the candidate to reside near Saint Louis, MO, with convenient airport access. The associate will own a book of business, receive well‑qualified leads, and sell Land.com solutions across a defined geographic territory, following a clear career development path. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited, non‑profit, in‑person institution and have at least four years of successful B2B territory sales experience. A strong record of customer service, ability to build new relationships while managing existing accounts, and a current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are also required. • Travel up to 40 % overnight within the assigned territory. • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited, non‑profit, in‑person college/university. • Demonstrate a minimum of four years of successful B2B territory sales experience. • Possess a current, valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record. • (Preferred) Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is a plus.
