About the Role

The New Home Consultant guides homebuyers through the entire purchasing journey, from the first engagement to closing, using proactive sales techniques, strong customer relationship management, and deep knowledge of the housing market to ensure a seamless experience. Responsibilities include engaging visitors and identifying their buying needs, generating and closing sales through self‑generated or referred leads using the 10‑5‑2‑1 selling approach, maintaining the Welcome Home Center and model homes, traveling within the community to prospect leads, tracking daily traffic, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction. • Engage visitors, assess home‑buying needs, and apply Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate, process, and close home sales using self‑generated or referred leads and the 10‑5‑2‑1 selling approach. • Maintain accurate communication records and provide follow‑through from initial contact through post‑closing activities. • Keep the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes in good condition and coordinate maintenance. • Travel within the community to build relationships with Realtors, co‑brokers, and referrals. • Stay informed on market trends, community details, product offerings, and customer demographics. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction. • Work independently with a results‑driven mindset; regularly attend on‑site locations and lift over 50 lb as needed.

What You Bring
