About the Role
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION: The role involves dismantling, erecting, assembling, aligning, adjusting, and maintaining machinery and equipment according to installation manuals, work instructions, layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings. • Receive and offload all major components. • Install loose components for nacelle, hub, and tower preparation. • Connect blades to the hub. • Set base and tower sections. • Manage taglines. • Assemble and teardown the main erection crane. • Climb ladders up to an average height of 80 m. • Drill or tap all holes on turbines, generators, compressors, and pumps. • Read and interpret safety regulations, assembly/disassembly, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Maintain a positive attitude and provide professional customer service. • Participate in a 401(k) retirement plan. • Use an employee assistance program with an online mental‑health tool and concierge services.

What You Bring
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, preferably with one year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license of the appropriate class with any required endorsements. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. Project Name: Singing Grass Wind Project. Location: Vona, CO. The base compensation range for this role is $22.00 to $53.00 per hour, with pay positioned within the range based on knowledge, skill, experience, and internal equity considerations.
