About the Role

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems, diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical and HVAC equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. We are seeking a dedicated professional to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, ensuring top‑quality service delivery and first‑line response to emergencies. We are looking for candidates with a recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services or maintenance, previous experience in a similar retail or commercial role, and a valid UK driving licence. Required certifications include 18th Edition, F‑Gas and Test & Inspection, along with strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to work independently, and IT proficiency to manage workload effectively. • Hold a recognised M&E apprenticeship or qualification and relevant certifications (18th Edition, F‑Gas, Test & Inspection). • Possess previous retail/commercial maintenance experience and a valid UK driving licence. • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, independent work, and IT proficiency.

The role offers a salary of £35,834 or £41,210 depending on experience, full door‑to‑door pay, up to 4 % bonus and overtime paid at time‑and‑a‑half.
