About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role involves full‑cycle leasing, marketing, and resident‑relationship responsibilities for a property, requiring daily onsite presence and strong customer service. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, including greeting, qualifying, touring, and signing leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete all leasing paperwork prior to move‑in and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Track prospect traffic, update leasing data, and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet or exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction. • Help develop and execute resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Contribute to the upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas, and model unit. • Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan and outreach initiatives. • Conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis to generate ideas and inform plans. • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly market survey reports. • Deliver excellent customer service and monitor service‑request response times. • Ensure consistent handling of resident matters and enforce community policies as directed. • Operate machinery, power tools, vehicles or golf carts as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates need at least a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. Physical duties include frequent walking, ladder climbing, lifting up to 25 lb, and the ability to work overtime, weekends or adverse weather conditions. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Ability to operate on‑site software and basic computer applications. • Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. • Frequent walking, standing, sitting, and repetitive hand motions. • Regular use of ladders, stairs, scaffolding, step stools, and ability to lift/move objects up to 25 lb. • Ability to work overtime, weekends, night shifts, in extreme temperatures, outdoor weather, confined spaces, and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
