About the Role
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine building maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. This full-time, non-exempt hourly position reports to the Facilities Supervisor and includes responsibilities for plumbing, electrical, access control, and HVAC maintenance, as well as any additional duties assigned. • Perform routine building maintenance across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems. • Handle plumbing, electrical, access control, and HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance. • Anticipate and address potential facility issues before they arise. • Communicate effectively with clients and coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor. • Work full-time, non-exempt hours, Monday‑Friday, 6 am – 3 pm at a site near I‑45 and Rankin Rd.
